Position Overview

The Property Maintenance Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the aesthetic and functional quality of the residential community. This position is dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular maintenance and cleaning of leasing offices, community amenities, grounds, building exteriors, parking areas, and other facilities.
  • Assisting in preparing residential units for new occupants, which includes thorough cleaning and removal of debris from vacant apartments.
  • Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or aesthetic concerns that require attention in apartments, models, garages, clubhouses, and shared spaces.
  • Managing inventory and maintenance of cleaning tools and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of community swimming pools.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and maintenance tools.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with management, colleagues, vendors, and residents.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timely execution of tasks.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues within established guidelines.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and other physical activities are required.
