About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment and handling surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain the sterile field throughout the procedure.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective surgical procedures.
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to surgical services.
Requirements
  • Technical Degree or Diploma in Surgical Technology.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
