Job Overview

The Tavern Kitchen & Bar is seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Bartender. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by taking orders, preparing drinks efficiently, and building rapport with clients
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the service well and surrounding areas
  • Accurately manage cash and credit transactions, ensuring all funds are accounted for at the end of each shift
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role
  • Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
