Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time, in-person position. As an SLP, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary and middle school students.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluation and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the needs of students with speech and language disorders.
- Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students in both elementary and middle school settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs and ensure seamless integration of therapy services into the educational setting.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress monitoring data.
- Education: Possess a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Be licensed to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the relevant state.
- Experience: Have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as an SLP, with a preference for experience working in a school setting.
