Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring accurate pricing and labeling.
  • Cash Handling and Sales: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, including unloading shipments, rotating stock, and reporting low stock levels to management.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and reporting any maintenance issues to management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-12 months of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
