Renewables Flagger

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious laborer to join our team at Primoris Services Corporation. As a Renewables Flagger, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of industrial construction projects.

• Practice and adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
• Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and team members.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform quality work as determined by project specifications and standards.
• Account for all tools and materials at the end of each shift.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• Measure and mark distances from grade stakes.
• Drive stakes and stretch tight lines.
• Grade and level earth to fine specifications.
• Direct other laborers in dumping concrete into forms.
• Erect shoring and braces, and paint pipe joints with sealing compound.
• Assist in setting pumps and well-points.
• May assist heavy construction equipment operators in aligning and moving equipment.
• Direct truck drivers and scraper operators to dumping positions.
• Work in a concrete paving crew, adding to or removing concrete from in front of finishing machines.
• Occasionally use small power tools.
• Pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• Complete a new hire orientation quiz.
• Meet safety requirements as specified by the client.
• Wear required safety equipment.
• Comply with the company's drug and alcohol abuse policy.
• Pass a physical examination, if necessary.
• Be able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights.
• Carry 50 lbs. of tools and materials, or seek assistance for heavier items.
• Stand or walk for long periods.
• Work extended hours on uneven surfaces.
• Be clean-shaven and able to wear a respirator and other personal protective equipment.

• Entry-level position, 0-1 year of experience required.
