Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehab Team in our sub-acute/skilled nursing facility. As a member of our team, you will provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services to our residents, working collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide therapy services to residents with varied diagnoses, utilizing your skills to the fullest.
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to plan safe discharges or ease the transition to the next level of care.
- Utilize a multidisciplinary approach to provide high-quality care to our residents.
- Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to practice in the state employed.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
- Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
