Underwriting Associate

As an Underwriting Assistant at Correll Insurance Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our underwriting team. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers competitive benefits and a generous paid time off program. As an Underwriting Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our underwriters, including data entry, account management, and customer service.

• Assist underwriters with renewal and new business activities
• Participate in pre-renewal meetings to define assignments
• Manage account documentation, including proposals, policy change endorsements, and cancellations
• Provide accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as inputting account information into our system

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel applications
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to work in a team environment and adapt to change
