Reliability Specialist

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at the Tilden site. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in improving proactive maintenance and reducing equipment downtime.

• Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to review and adjust maintenance checklists, optimize intervals, and improve maintenance processes.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project work and coordinate with vendors or internal technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and maintain a total life cycle cost report and other ad hoc reports to identify improvement opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Previous experience in a mining/mineral processing operation is preferred.
