Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pediatrician to join our team at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. The successful candidate will work in a Multi-specialty Healthcare Facility located in Columbus, Georgia.

About the Role

The Pediatrician will be responsible for examining patients, ordering diagnostic tests, and prescribing treatment plans. They will also collect and record patient information, advise on health and wellness, and treat children with various medical conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Examination and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough examinations of patients to assess their growth and development, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
  • Treatment and Medication: Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury in infants and children.
  • Patient Information: Collect, record, and maintain accurate patient information, including medical history, reports, and examination results.
  • Counseling and Education: Advise patients, parents, and guardians on diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
  • Ongoing Care: Monitor patients' conditions, progress, and reevaluate treatments as necessary.
