We are a leading provider of caregiving services at Polk, Highlands, and Hardee Counties. Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities through high-quality, individualized support. As a Companion Care Provider, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and personal growth among our clients. Your responsibilities will include providing direct care and assistance in daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Engaging clients in social, recreational, and community activities is also an essential part of this role. In addition, you will assist with transportation to appointments, work, and community events. Team collaboration and maintaining accurate records and documentation of services provided are critical components of this position. To succeed, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a minimum of one year of experience in a medical, psychiatric, nursing, or child-care setting, or working with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Required qualifications include the ability to pass a Level II background screening, current CPR and First Aid certification, a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. As a Companion Care Provider, you can expect competitive pay and flexible scheduling.
