As a Physical Therapist with Pinnacle Home Care Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while enjoying a supportive and balanced work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Physical Therapy services to patients in compliance with applicable practice acts and agency policies.
- Develop and implement interdisciplinary client care plans as it pertains to Physical Therapy.
- Teach, supervise, and counsel patients and their families in the physical therapy program.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members and instruct them in certain phases of physical therapy as needed.
- Document clinical and progress notes in the patient's record according to company policy.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent education.
- Licensed to practice as a PT in the State of Florida.
- Home healthcare experience is preferred but not essential.
- Electronic medical record experience is preferred but not essential.
