About the Role:

As a skilled phlebotomist at Patient's Choice, you will be responsible for performing blood draws and other specimen collections. With a focus on providing excellent patient care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture, capillary sticks, and other blood collection procedures
  • Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
  • Ensure accurate patient identification and proper specimen labeling
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of phlebotomy experience is highly preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Completion of a Phlebotomy course is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
