Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a key member of our payroll services department, you will be responsible for running weekly payrolls for our field employees. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in payroll, benefits, and company policies to provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role
This is an onsite position that requires a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include processing payroll on a weekly basis through ADP, maintaining accurate records of employee hours, wages, and deductions, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations. You will also respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, assist with payroll-related reporting and audits, and collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure payroll accuracy.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or CPP (Certified Payroll Professions) preferred.
  • At least 2-4 years' experience in payroll processing, garnishments, and payroll taxes minimum.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
