We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Deputy Recorder. This full-time position is located at the Murray County Government Center, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The ideal candidate will assist in recording all real estate records of the county, ensuring documents meet legal requirements for recording. Additionally, this role involves collecting and receipting fees, scanning and indexing documents, and accepting and processing passport applications.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- An associate's degree
- Experience with real estate/property descriptions and recording legal documents (highly preferred)

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $49,135 and $63,237, based on an hourly wage of $23.47 to $30.51.
