Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Title Operations Analyst to join our team at Orange Coast Title Company. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing title curative matters related to complex commercial transactions.

You will work closely with Foreclosure Trustees and Escrow Operations to review TSG's, Litigation Guarantees, Commitments, and Prelims for accuracy and completeness. You will also collaborate with customers to understand and mitigate title risks associated with transactions.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and analyze TSG's, Litigation Guarantees, Commitments, and Prelims for accuracy and completeness
* Collaborate with customers to understand and mitigate title risks
* Develop and maintain professional working relationships with Underwriting to ensure efficient processing of title transactions
* Stay up-to-date with federal and state rules and regulations applicable to the title insurance industry

Requirements
* Strong understanding of foreclosure processes and civil codes as they relate to TSG issuance
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property record-related sites such as Bankruptcy/Pacer

Salary and Benefits
* Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
