All-Stat Portable is currently seeking a full-time Vascular Access/PICC Line Registered Nurse for our Vascular Access Team. The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
About the RoleThe Vascular Access Nurse provides vascular access device insertion and care and maintenance of lines to patients at multiple region-based facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing, inserting, maintaining, and monitoring patient lines.
- Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient care.
- Noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders.
- Assessing and coordinating patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A registered nurse license in Illinois.
- 1 year of recent clinical experience, including proficiency in PICC Line, Midline, PIV, and declotting of lines.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Prior experience in nursing homes is preferred.
