The Role of the Scheduling Coordinator

This critical position provides exceptional patient care, resulting in the best clinical outcomes and meeting the needs of our patients. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting patient financial responsibility, and preparing patient charts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide concierge-level customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members.
  • Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
  • Prepare daily schedules for each provider and maintain patient charts.
  • Manage patient flow to reduce wait times and maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
