Job Summary

A reputable full-service Am Law 200 firm, dedicated to serving the private client sector, is on the lookout for an Estate Planning and Administration Associate to join its team in Columbia, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of expertise in estate planning and administration within Maryland.
  • Proficiency in drafting a variety of estate planning documents.
  • Experience in managing probate estates.
  • Capability to prepare detailed accountings and estate tax returns.
Qualifications

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • At least five years of experience in drafting estate planning documents and managing estates in Maryland.
  • Ability to draft both basic and intermediate estate planning documents.
  • Expertise in administering probate estates in Maryland.
  • Skills in preparing accountings and estate tax returns.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Licensure to practice law in Maryland.
