Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist to join our team at PRN Healthcare Services.

Job Summary:

The Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting. This is a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week and the opportunity to pick up extra shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
  • Current WA license (multi-state licenses accepted with verification)
  • 6-hour suicide training
  • Verification of demographics from Nursys
  • BLS, NRP; STABLE training preferred
  • Knowledge of Meditech helpful
  • Ability to float to other departments
