Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Office Associate to join our team at Atlanta Oral Surgery. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced dental office environment.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate team members
  • Entering patient information and data into our computer system accurately
  • Collecting copays and managing payment transactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations
