Job Summary

Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to provide direct support to the Maneuver Short-Range Air Defense (M-SHORAD) Product Office leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for short-range and long-range program operations.
  • Advise and offer recommendations on the development of strategy and plans, including briefings and information papers, support to the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, engineering support, and integrating and synchronizing efforts for the Next Generation Short Range Interceptor.
  • Develop and maintain detailed plans, schedules, and risk assessments for program operations.
  • Evaluate developmental products, programs, and systems for manufacturability, usability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in weekly program meetings, track action items, and maintain a program calendar with input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide direct input and participate in resolving issues involving diverse staffs, stakeholders, and resources.
Requirements
  • BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
  • Weapon system program management and system integration experience.
  • Five (5) years of hands-on-senior level experience in one or more functional areas of DOD/service program management and integration experience.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail, decision-making skills, and ability to work independently with minimal direction/oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Some travel required.
  • Must have an in-scope Secret security clearance.
