Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our team and cover Loving County, TX and Lea County, NM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a detailed territory plan to attain predetermined goals and quotas, managing the entire sales cycle from finding opportunities to securing deals, and providing professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty within the territory.

Responsibilities
  • Create a tailored territory plan to meet or exceed predetermined sales targets and goals
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with existing customers, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance with their fluid solutions needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer communications, and territory performance metrics
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A track record of success in oil and gas sales, preferably with experience in drilling, completions, and workovers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments and overcome obstacles
  • Proficiency in time management and efficiency, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A coachable mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in your role and the company
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
