Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing User Stories aligned with requirements and ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria.
  • Managing the Product Backlog in accordance with prioritization from the Product Owner.

  • Participating in on-call duties as needed, including nights and weekends.
  • Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, including data integration and quality standards.
  • Facilitating requirement gathering workshops using various techniques such as interviews and brainstorming sessions.
  • Documenting business processes and requirements, engaging with senior management as necessary.
  • Creating and managing testing strategies, plans, and scripts in collaboration with quality assurance teams.
  • Anticipating the impact of changes in business objectives on project scope and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst with comprehensive knowledge of Business Analysis principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Participation in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in Agile environments is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
  • Experience with data analysis, mapping, integration, or warehousing is a plus.
  • Understanding of data management principles and data modeling techniques.
  • CBAP or related certifications are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business-friendly language.
  • Demonstrated capability to build relationships across teams and respond compassionately to customer needs.
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Minimal travel may be required.
