Physical Therapist Clinic Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead our growing clinics. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying and establishing new clinics, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage clinic operations, including staff supervision, patient care, and business development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to establish and achieve business goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to clinic staff, promoting professional development and growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
