Construction Tax Partner Opportunity

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Tax Partner to join their growing firm. This 100% remote position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze tax returns and work papers to formulate conclusions and determine implications for clients.
  • Ensure all tax advice is technically correct and properly documented.
  • Understand and adhere to the firm's policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Coach and develop others through training and mentorship.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to execute work and deliver high-quality results.
  • Build relationships across industry service groups to ensure client service excellence.
  • Develop trust and credibility with clients and team members.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.

Requirements:

  • B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting (MST/MBA preferred).
  • CPA license required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 10+ years of work experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong technical skills in taxation.
