Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist or X-ray Technologist to join our team in New Mexico. As a CT Tech/Radiology Tech, you will perform radiology and CT procedures, conducting diagnostic evaluations of patients while providing clinical instruction to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct CT and Radiology procedures and diagnostic evaluations, applying exposure parameters according to patient needs.
  • Assess patient needs relevant to procedures.
  • Stock and maintain rooms with supplies and ensure an organized working area.
  • Maintain accurate records for patient safety and diagnostic quality, performing Quality Assurance/Quality Control checks as needed.
  • Utilize radiation protection measures and adhere to hospital policies for pain management and restraint use.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with PACS and MediTech systems.
  • Provide clinical instruction to students and mentor new techs.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
  • Current ARRT certification (R), with preferred experience in CT.
  • Current NM State license.
  • AHA BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
