Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Norriton Square Nursing and Rehab Center in Norristown, PA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure high-quality care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
* Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing * CPR Certification is required * One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
