About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people through sports and physical activity. As a Youth Sports Instructor, you will:

  1. Develop and implement physical education programs that cater to various age groups and fitness levels
  2. Provide expert instruction, ensuring the highest level of customer service as a GYMGUYZ Group Instructor
  3. Work collaboratively with educators and administrators to integrate fitness programs into the school curriculum
  4. Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program effectiveness
  5. Develop and implement strategies to promote program engagement and retention
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with youth sports and/or fitness programming
  • Nationally recognized personal training or group instructor certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of exercise science and program development

The estimated salary for this position is $70.00 per hour, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
