As a Laborer for Agricultural Operations, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission by ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading grain, agronomy, and feed products, preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, and conducting and properly recording daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.

You will also be responsible for maintaining quality of inventory, delivering products to customer sites, keeping work areas clean and safe, and performing grounds maintenance.

In addition, you will work closely with our customers to provide them with excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
  • Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
  • Certifications such as Forklift certification preferred
