Responsibilities
The Graphic Arts Support Specialist will be responsible for:
  1. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Generating job tickets using Monarch software and tracking jobs through production.
  3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure all jobs are accurate and ready for production.
  4. Partnering with Sales to complete the E2E process from order entry to delivery.
