Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of Fire and Life Safety, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing safety protocols to protect our clients and their properties. Your role will involve:
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conducting regular safety audits and assessments.
- Providing training and guidance to security personnel.
- Developing and maintaining emergency response plans.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid Fire Safety Director License (Z-89, T-89, or F-89).
- An NYS Security License.
- Certification in Fire Life Safety.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work flexible hours as required.
- Reliable transportation.
- The physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Part-time shifts are available, including:
- Sunday: 7:00am-3:00pm
- Sunday: 3:00pm-11:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 6:00am-2:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 2:00pm-10:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am-4:00pm
- Friday & Saturday: 11:00pm-7:00am
- Sunday & Monday: 3:00pm-11:00pm
- Friday & Sunday: 11:00pm-7:00am
