* Oversee and manage multiple restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Provide leadership and guidance to a team of project managers, offering support and assistance with difficult projects and challenging customers.
* Act as the main point of contact for project owners, insurance representatives, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and timely project execution.
* Create and manage budgets, work orders, and schedules for subcontractors and suppliers across numerous projects simultaneously.
* Ensure proper documentation of project costs and manage budgets, keeping track of expenses and project timelines.
* Troubleshoot any project-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of project management experience in the restoration industry, with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial restoration.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project managers, especially in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
* Experience working with insurance claims, including creating detailed estimates and managing claim-related projects.
* Strong proficiency in Xactimate for creating estimates and floor plans, and familiarity with construction management software.
* Experience with building construction, materials, and components.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions when necessary.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A valid driver's license is required.
