As a Care Advocate, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Developing and implementing daily routines that support our clients' Individual Program Plans.
- Promoting independence and autonomy while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

**Requirements:**
- 1 year of experience working in a residential facility with IDD clients.
- Direct Support Professional Certificate (Year 1 & Year 2) or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of hire.
- First Aid/CPR and CPI certification.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a California Driver's License.
