PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial well-being.
- Sales and Service: Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Lobby Engagement: Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers, educate them on options for managing financial transactions, and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Risk Management: Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or product knowledge preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of related experience in banking or financial services.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in banking products and services.
