Kona Ice Server Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and charismatic individuals to join our Kona Ice team as servers. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun and memorable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers with a smile
  • Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy
  • Comply with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
  • Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
  • Work independently and confidently for several hours at a time
  • Work well with other team members
  • Read, count, and accurately complete documentation
  • Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff

Requirements:
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Weekend availability
