We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team at Jobot. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in the preparation and litigation of personal injury cases.

• Coordinate and schedule Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and Permanency Evaluations
• Prepare and send letters to examining doctors, including medical records and accident/injury descriptions
• Draft and file Claim Petitions and re-openers
• Prepare and file various motions, including medical and temporary disability benefits, emergent medical treatment, and associated exhibits and court orders
• Request and review medical records and permanency reports
• Track deadlines and monitor clients' medical treatments
• Prepare medical authorizations

• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury law
• Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual)
• Proficiency in case management software (e.g., PC Law, Needles)
