Job Summary

Boeing is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to lead the managed parts and training portfolios, among other responsibilities. This critical leadership position will support Boeing's digital business, strategic engagements, and migration to a new contract management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and motivate employees engaged in Contract Management Specialist activities.
  • Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.
  • Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of customer contracts, and lead process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
  • Manage, develop, and motivate employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations to define and drive common objectives.
  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
  • 5+ years of experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e., business partner, customer, Finance) in planning and executing projects or transactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of contracting experience.
  • Experience in Software as a Services (SaaS).
  • Juris Doctorate or Masters in Business Administration (MBA), or other advanced degree.
  • Prior leadership experience.

Boeing offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and variable compensation opportunities. Eligible employees may also participate in a variety of benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position is $123,250 - $166,750, based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
