Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the operation and upkeep of building systems and equipment
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Adjust HVAC and associated equipment as necessary
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance on building components
  • Engage in water treatment chemical programs
  • Maintain operational logs and documentation
  • Utilize knowledge and skills in HVAC distribution and controls
  • Respond promptly and courteously to tenant inquiries
  • Foster professional relationships with contractors and tenants
  • Participate in property emergency protocols and fire alarm systems
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of relevant experience preferred
  • Relevant trade certifications preferred
  • Develop adequate computer skills
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more
  • Climb stairs and ladders
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor environments
  • Meet shift work requirements
  • Be available for overtime as needed
