Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing carwash team at Wash and Roll. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the manager in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train team members to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is operating efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, and all areas of the carwash are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Scheduling and Task Assignment: Assist with creating schedules and assigning tasks to team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.

  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
