Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Assistant PRN to join our team. As a Memory Care Assistant PRN, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily living needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in senior care or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
