The MAB Community Services team is seeking a skilled and compassionate Assistant Residential Coordinator to join our residential care team. This role provides support to participants with the goal of maximizing their capacity for personal growth and community membership consistent with each participant's support plan.
About the Role:- This position will work under the general supervision of the Residential Coordinator, providing assistance in accordance with safety plans and individual safety assessments.
- You will be responsible for supervising and training program staff, ensuring effective staffing, scheduling, and operation of the program.
- Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to program staff, adhering to established safety protocols and individualized support plans.
- Transportation Services: Offer transportation for participants as needed, including appointments, work, activities, and religious services.
- Communication: Maintain regular contact with families, guardians, healthcare providers, DDS, caregivers, and agency representatives.
- Data Collection: Assist in collecting data, progress notes, and assessments to implement ISPs and ensure participant goals are met.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; at least one-year supervisory experience required.
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar populations.
Note: The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and location.
