Vascular Surgery Physician Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Surgery Physician Assistant Specialist to join our team at a leading Virginia facility.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Physician Assistant to work in a dynamic Vascular Surgery environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented team of healthcare professionals, assisting in surgical procedures and providing high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medicine and surgery, with experience in Vascular Surgery or a related field. They will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, including preparing patients for surgery, monitoring their condition during the procedure, and providing post-operative care.
In addition to their clinical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in surgical procedures, including preparation, monitoring, and post-operative care
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a Physician Assistant program approved by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (P.A.) by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- At least 2 years of experience in Vascular Surgery or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We also offer relocation assistance and a full benefits package.
