Job Summary

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is a key member of our surgical team, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ASC environment. As a Circulator, you will be responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of our organization while delivering safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality patient care using the nursing process, medical plan of care, and organizational policies.
  • Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • At least 1-3 years' experience in surgery.
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred.
  • Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
  • Understanding of aseptic techniques and implementation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
