Job Description

At City National Bank, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining on-premises and cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cross-functional, multi-platform application systems
  • Lead the design and development of cloud-based solutions
  • Collaborate with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify complex technical and functional needs of systems
  • Develop and maintain API's for Omni-channel clients
  • Provide technical guidance to team members and solution architects
  • Own the full lifecycle for software development, from ideation to production

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10+ years of software development experience, including UI, middle tier, and backend
  • Minimum of 6+ years of solution architecture experience
  • Cloud Solution Architecture experience (Azure a plus)
  • Microservices Architecture experience
  • Designing REST APIs experience
  • Experience working in fully DevOps enabled environment
  • Databases and data modeling/design experience (SQL and NoSQL plus)
  • Salesforce Solution Architecture experience (nCino a plus)
