Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Ortho Spine team on a PRN basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall success of our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients 16 years of age and older, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Perform delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care at Rose Medical Center.
  • Oversee and direct the care of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.
  • Utilize specialized skills and unit-specific competencies to provide exceptional care to patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
