Consolidated Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Forensic Psychologist to join our team in Butner, NC. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in conducting forensic evaluations, including pretrial assessments and risk evaluations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' capacity to proceed on criminal charges, assessing their mental state and potential use of insanity defenses. They will also be responsible for interpreting psychological testing results, consulting with attorneys, and reporting directly to judges.

We are looking for a qualified individual who can provide direct supervision to interns and post-doctoral fellows in the Forensic Service. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Eligibility for licensure in North Carolina under the provisions of the NC Psychology Practice Act (G.S. 90-270)
  • Two years of professional psychological experience, including one year of postdoctoral experience
