Berkeley Medical Center is a 195 licensed bed facility that utilizes the EPIC system-wide EMR. Our Emergency Department sees over 60k visits annually and features a 40 bed modern linear-style design. We also have an expanded 20 bed ICU and a range of diagnostic imaging services, including digital PACS, a 64-Slice CT Scanner, and Interventional Radiology.

Our Services
  • Cardiac Care: Our Cardiac Cath Lab and Peripheral program are growing and offer a range of services.
  • Maternal and Child Health: We deliver over 1,000 births annually and have a new NICU and Inpatient Pediatric Unit.
  • Oncology Services: Our Inpatient and Outpatient Oncology Services include clinical trials and are staffed by experienced healthcare professionals.
  • Behavioral Health: Our Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit provides comprehensive care for patients with mental health needs.
  • Wound Care: Our new Wound Care Center features two hyperbaric chambers and offers advanced treatment options.

Faculty teaching opportunities are also available with the Eastern Division of WVU School of Medicine.
