Position Summary:
We are in search of a Control Systems Automation Specialist to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in programming automation processes, adjusting existing systems as required, and ensuring optimal safety and productivity in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update program backups for automation systems.
2. Design and modify installations of automation systems.
3. Reprogram systems to accommodate engineering changes and enhancements.
4. Conduct pre-testing of control programs using test rigs or software emulators prior to deployment.
5. Provide installation support and assist with on-site start-up and troubleshooting for both hardware and software.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (BSEE preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automation sector.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks is advantageous.
- Experience with Programming Logic Controllers (PLC) including brands like Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
- Familiarity with HMI systems and industry standards such as UL and CE.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in control systems.
- Knowledge of Java, microcontroller programming, and HDL languages is a plus.
- Electrical background (electrician or technician) is beneficial.
- Experience with Vision System programming and Robot programming is desired.
