Benderson Development Company, LLC is seeking a skilled Pressure Washing Technician to join our team in the Amherst, NY area.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating high-pressure washing systems to clean large areas, such as buildings, walkways, and vehicles, and preparing surfaces for repair or construction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently pressure washing surfaces at different properties.
  • Ensuring adequate water supply and proper equipment operation.
  • Inspecting surface areas after washing to ensure cleanliness.
  • Clearing job sites and storing equipment correctly.
  • Following safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.

Requirements:

  • Active driver's license.
  • Good oral and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and perform duties in an orderly fashion.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts, weeknight shifts, and occasional weekends.
  • One plus years of satisfactory work experience, preferably in the pressure washing field.
  • Lift certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders to heights up to twenty-five feet.
  • Extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting while driving to locations.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00 hourly.
